APD - Crew List IMO & US The APD Misc Crew List file provides multiple options for printing an IMO accepted Crew List or the old style (legal size paper) US Crew List. Personnel can be sorted by Article number or Alphabetically.  A variety of options are available for displaying full or minimal personnel information. Options for crew and passenger printings are available.   Personnel Data Personnel information is automatically linked to the master APD data file.   IMO Crew List Create IMO accepted Crew Lists.  Easy to use menu buttons provide features for sorting, display options and exporting.  The IMO crew list is printed on standard Letter size paper.

Exporting Crew Lists The APD System has an advanced feature for automatically Exporting a standalone, non-linked Crew List to a separate file.  Once a Crew List has been exported, it can be saved to a file and sent as an email attachment to the ship's agent. The Export feature is fast and easy.  The APD System provides an Export feature for many of the Crew Lists included in the suite of workbooks.
