APD - Certificates of Discharge (CG 718A) The APD Certificate of Discharge workbook prints (3) three identical copies of the CG-718A Seaman's Discharge on Legal size paper. A very flexible module to the APD Suite, the discharges can be processed in a variety of ways allowing for single and multiple printings.   Discharges can be custom serialized for the vessel and voyage; partial printing allowing for Sign-On and Sign-Off options.  Discharges are printed to Legal size paper.   Promar Software also has available customized perforated blank discharge templates for sale.   These are packaged 100/pack. Personnel Data Personnel information is automatically linked to the master APD data file.   Vessel Setup One time setup of vessel particulars used on the printing of the Seaman's discharge.    Serial Numbers The APD - Discharge workbook provides an option to print a Seaman's discharge with or without serial numbers.  Serial numbers can be customized to identify the vessel and voyage number.    Ratings The listing of ratings used on the Discharges are setup on the master APD data file.    Click here to view sample PDF printout File size: 219k	Discharge Options: Full Discharge The Full Discharge option prints the complete Discharge for a single pass printing. Sign ON - Discharges The Sign-ON option prints a full set of discharges but leaves the Sign-OFF information blank.  The Discharges can be pre-signed by the signing on crewmember at the start of a voyage.  When ready for discharge, the sheet is the printed a second time using the Sign-Off feature. Sign OFF - Discharges The Sign-OFF option is used for when a set of discharges was previously printed using the Sign-On feature.  Discharges initially printed with the Sign-On option are later printed a second time when the Seaman is being discharged from the voyage Shipping Articles, or at the time of discharge from the vessel. Blank Discharges The Blank Discharge option prints a template set of blank discharges which can be later printed with specific information  The template page offers a number of display options on which information should be printed or left blank. Template - Discharges The Template Discharge is a preformatted layout to print the Seaman's information on to a previously printed discharge. Discharge Paper Promar Software provides packets of premium bond, perforated discharge templates which are designed for use with the APD - Discharge workbook.
APD Demo Version The demo version of the APD US Discharges is a fully functional workbook for printing a Seaman's Discharge.   Crew personnel information must be entered manually as the demo version is not linked to any other file.
